About Us

Introduction

CareWays is committed to healthy ageing and providing quality support and care that is flexible and responsive to each persons individual needs.

We have been providing specialist In-Home Care Services in the Illawarra for over 35 years.

CareWays specialises in In-Home Care and has no affiliation with any large independent residential aged care facilities, religious organisations or disability providers.

We are a not for profit organisation governed by a voluntary Board and as such our focus is ensuring the safety, wellbeing and happiness of our clients, not making a profit.

Our Management team and Care Workers have extensive experience co-ordinating and providing essential care services and supports to Seniors living at home independently.

We are committed to continual improvement and following up feedback or complaints promptly to provide the care and support you would expect for yourself or a cherished loved one.

CareWays Supports Healthy Ageing

Our service users often experience several health conditions at the same time.

However, at CareWays we find that healthy ageing is not just the absence of medical complaints but a combination of healthy lifestyle, lifelong learning, participation and security.
